Given that he and Adonis had only spent two nights together, Brussaux’s allegatiоn that Adonis was Drake’s son did not convince him, or at least he did not want to. Drake conducted a DNA test in order to ascertain for sure whether or not Adonis was really his kid.
“To be honest with you, I did a DNA test for my son and it came back to us and it said the DNA test got ruined in transit and they couldn’t be 100 percent sure that that was my son or not,” Drake stated to Rap Radar. “So, I was in a really weird pending situation where I didn’t want to go tell the world that that was my son and it wasn’t.”
Despite not living close to his son, Drake volunteered to become the greatest co-parent he could after the findings were out.
Drake is said to have paid little attention to keeping track of Brussaux and the child, considering how long it had taken him to take his paternity test.
Drake didn’t give the problem any attention because the Canadian superstar was in the middle of a global tour. However, everything changed dramatically when he discovered he was the father.
