Naomi Campbell is an English supermodel, actress, singer, and reality show host, but adding “mom” completed her resume.
In 2021, Campbell reported that she had her first daughter at 51. “I always knew I’d be a mother, but it’s the greatest joy. I know I’m lucky to have her “When the mother-daughter covered British Vogue, she said.

Campbell welcomed a girl in May 2021, becoming a mommy for the first time.
“A beautiful little blessing has chosen me to be her mother,” she captioned a deleted Instagram snap of her clutching the baby’s feet. I am privileged to have this kind spirit in my life, and my lifetime link with you, angel, is indescribable. No love is greater.”
Campbell told British Vogue that she “can count on one hand the number of people who knew” she was pregnant.
She told Vogue that her daughter “wasn’t adopted — she’s my child.” Campbell hasn’t discussed the birth. The model added: “She is my greatest blessing. It’s my greatest achievement.”
Campbell told DJ D-Nice on her YouTube show No Filter With Naomi that her favourite musician played during her baby girl’s birth. “In one of my most special moments, you know, I just became a mum, I had Bob Marley playing,” remarked. Those are my roots! Those are my roots.”
Campbell shared a rare shot of her daughter walking in June 2022. She then celebrated U.K. Mother’s Day in March 2023 with photos of her and her kid travelling, snuggling, and spending time outside.
Campbell also revealed that her child rapidly adopted her mother’s jet-set lifestyle.
“I’m lucky my little one loves to travel like me — no whimpering taking off or landing,” she told British Vogue. She’s a good girl—she sleeps well, rarely cries, and is aware for her age. She started waving, which is fun. She laughs often. She almost speaks.”
Campbell again discussed her daughter’s travel patterns with Vogue for their September 2023 cover. “She rolls with me,” model stated. “She’s been to Africa and the Middle East.”
The couple visited the Sheikh Zayed Grand Mosque in Abu Dhabi in January 2023.
Campbell joked to Extra in March 2024 that her daughter makes home decisions.

Campbell’s longtime friend Kimora Lee Simmons chatted with PEOPLE after her second child was born.

Campbell worked on herself before having another child.
“Naomi came to motherhood later in life because she could never really imagine her life as a mom,” a source told PEOPLE after her son’s birth. “In recent years, she worked on herself. She transformed after sobriety.”
The source added, “She has enough love for two kids. You could say she’s accomplished everything she’s sought on her own. That includes motherhood.”
Campbell unveiled her newborn boy days before Mother’s Day in May 2024. The Instagram photographs showed the model and her two kids facing away from the camera viewing the sunset.
