Beyoncé and Jay Z spent $120M to build a Bel Air villa as a place for their daughter to play

Beyoncé and Jay Z have submitted a bid of $120 million for an exquisite Bel Air hilltop estate featuring eight bedrooms, bulletproof windows, and four pools.

In an effort to increase their privacy, Beyoncé and Jay are contemplating relocating their family from New York to Los Angeles while she prepares to give birth to twins. They have submitted bids on the magnificent, recently built mansion located at 454 Cuesta Way in the private East Gate neighborhood of Bel Air. The property, which is being offered off-market for $135 million, has recently undergone a comprehensive renovation from every inch. In addition to eleven bathrooms, a large spa with a hot tub, sauna, and steam room, and a media room with space for a recording studio, the property features a 15-car garage.

The hilltop location and woven metal security gates provide additional seclusion. In addition, it provides expansive views of Los Angeles. The expansive mansion is comprised of six distinct buildings, with an indoor living area exceeding 30,000 square feet and an outdoor living area exceeding 10,000 square feet, all situated on a plot of land measuring two acres. The Irish firm McKillen Developments, which also redeveloped and owns the Connaught and Berkeley, two landmark hotels in London, has undertaken a comprehensive reconstruction of the residence. The manse, which has been hailed as a “masterpiece,” was conceptualized by the esteemed architect Paul McClean. Pix was informed by a real estate source, “The home is beyond description. Jay and Bey have spent years desiring to purchase a home in Los Angeles.
