Without a doubt, those are not Levi’s jeans.
At the iHeartRadio Music Awards 2024 on Monday night, Beyoncé looked her finest as Cowboy Carter as she won the Innovator Award from presenter Stevie Wonder.
For the occasion, she went for yet another Western-inspired ensemble, donning a vintage black leather Versace piece embellished with the brand’s signature gold Medusa emblem hardware, tightened with a pair of gaudy belts, and completed — naturally — with a cowboy hat.
Her jacket’s sleeves were fringed, and her matching slacks had tiny swirls of studs all over them.
Beyoncé added six figures worth of Zydo diamonds to her costume, which included a domed ring ($19,000) and double-row earrings ($167,600).
With the much-anticipated release of her most recent album, “Cowboy Carter,” on Friday, Queen Bey is rather busy these days.
Fans have only had a weekend to acclimate to the superstar’s latest country music, but the mother of three has been dressed in character for a while now. She first did so at the Grammy Awards in February, when she wore a short suit by Louis Vuitton and a cowboy hat.
The singer of “Texas Hold ‘Em” soon unveiled the second act of her three-part project, which started with the release of the “Renaissance” album in 2022, at the Suρer Bowl while sporting bolo ties and sky-high hair.
Since then, Beyoncé has shown her commitment to the style by wearing a cowboy hat to New York Fashion Week and topping her Valentine’s Day ensembles.
Performances by Justin Timberlake, Green Day, TLC, Tate McRae, Jelly Roll, Lainey Wilson, and Ludacris, who is hosting the event, are part of this year’s iHeartRadio Music Awards.
Earlier in the program, Cher was presented with the Icon Award.
