The May December star, 42, and the “Umbrella” vocalist, 35, encountered outside the Dior Haute Couture show during Paris Fashion Week on Monday. The incident resulted in one of the most memorable crossover performances of the year.

Bustle documented their endearing exchange on Instagram, which commenced with a warm embrace, prior to the two celebrities extolling one another.

Portman declared to the singer, “I adore you,” and the vocalist replied, “I am an absolute fan.”

“One of the sexiest wоmen in Hollywood is you.” “Eternally,” Rihanna further stated.

The Oscar-winning actress lost all composure and exclaimed to the vocalist, “Are you teasing me? I am about to collapse. “I am about to black out.”

She immediately returned the compliment, declaring to Rihanna, “I adore you and constantly listen to your music… You are absolutely magnificent. Much obliged.

Rihanna requested a photo with Portman, and the two complied with her request with an effusive “please” prior to resuming their embrace.

The Black Swan actress posted a candid photo of one of their embraces to Instagram on Wednesday, revealing that the momentous occasion continues to evoke emotions within her.

The post was captioned “I’m still not over this…” Clearly, she is not the only one in this regard.
