This occurs barely a week after the actor from Men in Black received a speeding citation on a hazardous Malibu route. 

According to TMZ, Smith was caught speeding on an extremely dangerous stretch of the picturesque highway, reaching 63 mph in a 45 mph speed limit.

Even his celebrity status couldn’t save him from the speeding penalty; in the last 14 years, 58 individuals had lost their lives on that section of PCH.

Four Pepperdine University students perished in October 2023 when a BMW lost control and collided with the young ladies at 104 mph.

Approximately $400 was probably the fine for the actor exceeding the speed limit by 18 mph, according to Nerdwallet.
