A glimpse of Cristiano Ronaldo’s family’s opulent beach vacation to a private Saudi Arabian island was shown.
Based on images and videos that the pair released this weekend, the soccer player, his partner Georgina Rodríguez, and their kids stayed at the St. Regis Red Sea Resort on Ummahat Island.
“Very close to paradise,” Ronaldo said as the caption for an Instagram Reel that showed him strolling along a gorgeous beach with his four children, Eva and Mateo, age six, Alana Martina, age six, and Bella, age one. Cristiano Jr., his 13-year-old oldest son, was not present in the video.
Depending on the configuration of the apartment, guest rooms, suites, and villas at the uber-private Middle Eastern resort can cost travelers anywhere from $1,066 and $7,172 per night, according to the Marriott website.
The Portuguese athlete, who has an incredible 625 million Instagram followers, also posted a picture of himself relaxing by his villa’s private pool while taking in views of the white sand beach and the azure sea beyond.
Ronaldo, 39, wrote, “Recharging,” as the photo’s description.
In the meantime, Rodríguez, 30, posted a video on Instagram Stories showing young Bella moving her hips to the sounds of island beats while inside their spacious room, which has a large deck with lots of comfortable outdoor furniture.
Off the coast of Saudi Arabia, the opulent resort can only be reached by private chartered boat or seaplane. It is situated on a remote and protected island.
The website describes the collection of 90 overwater and beachfront villas as “a rich environment of timeless glamor, each with a spacious footprint and private pool.”

While the Beach Club serves up their famous lemonade and light nibbles by the pool, Tilina, a “floating” restaurant by the sea, provides “a refined selection of tasting menus showcasing locally grown ingredients.”
In the meanwhile, free cocktails are available at the St. Regis Bar, and kids under six receive free meals.
In addition to providing high-quality treatments including couples massages, body scrubs, manicures and pedicures, and hair and lip treatments, the peaceful spa has a lap pool, plunge pool, and steam room.
