This is Kim Kardashian’s Oscars year.

The 43-year-old “Kardashians” actress looked stunning at the Vanity Fair Oscars party on Sunday, wearing a white Balenciaga gown with an angular neckline. This was after she aired an epic Skims commercial during the Oscars.

Kardashian opted for a more understated style for her form-fitting dress, drawing attention away from her prominent features with a neckline that sat above her bust. With the exception of a diamond ring and a set of Lorraine Schwartz stud earrings, Kardashian chose to wear few accessories.

Kardashian accessorized with a pair of black heels and wore her hair down in a traditional blowout. She wore black sunglasses for a little photo op on the red carpet, then took them off for the celebration.

Although it wasn’t her first Skims TV commercial—she starred in one for the company in 2021 amid rumors that she had changed her waist—it was undoubtedly a memorable one.

The creator of Skims portrayed almost thirty personas in her advertisement, posing as everything from a lab assistant to a product tester to advertise her line of apparel and shapewear.

Kim hasn’t appeared on the red carpet this awards season, but in 2024, she will undoubtedly make more fashion statements.

During Paris Fashion Week, the founder of Skkn by Kim caused a stir when she wore a black lace Balenciaga gown that still had its price tag on.

She also caused a stir last month when she shared a picture of herself in a Mugler corset, highlighting her incredibly small waist.
