In a way, Megan Fox almost provided an update on her relationship status with Kelly.
While participating in the “Call Her Daddy” podcast episode that was published on Tuesday, March 19, Fox, 37, acknowledged that what he had learnt about being in a relationship was not meant for public consumption. “I don’t think I have anything to sаy about the relationship’s status as of right now.”
“I can sаy that [he] is what I call my twin soul, and there will always be a tether to him no matter what,” she continued. I’m not sure how much capacity there will be, but I will always have a connection to him. I’m not willing to elaborate further.
Fox made it apparent, meanwhile, that she is aware that the general public finds her relationship with MGK to be both “interesting” and “confusing”.

Weeks after her fiancé released new songs that seemed to allude to her previous miscarriage, Fox made these remarks.
The song “Don’t Let Me Go,” which MGK, 33, published on February 22, seemed to describe the feelings and heartbreak he went through following Fox’s pregnancy loss.
The song’s lyrics said, “How can I live with the fact / That my hand wasn’t on her stomach when we lost the baby?” While Fox acknowledged the loss in her Pretty Boys Are poetry book, which was published in November 2023, he had already made reference to the miscarriage in his June 2022 song “Last November.” (Fox and her former husband Brian Austin Green share three children: Noah, ten; Bodhi, nine; and Journey, six.)
