She didn’t even move in.

After a year, the 36-year-old has listed it for just less than $25 million, making a good profit.

The 40th level of The Century skyscraper is occupied by a four-bedroom, five-bathroom penthouse with almost 9,000 square feet of living area.

In April of last year, Rihanna bought it from millionaire software entrepreneur Nick Molnar, who had already acquired it from late Friends star Matthew Perry less than two years earlier.

Four distinct outdoor terraces, each facing a different direction and providing breathtaking panoramic views of the Pacific Ocean, Catalina Island, the Downtown Los Angeles cityscape, the San Gabriel mountains, and the snow-capped Mount Baldy, are among the condo’s amenities.

GREETINGS FROM HOME

The living room has spectacular views from its floor to ceiling windows and is immediately accessible via a private elevator.

There is a dining area, a fully furnished game room, and a luxurious movie theater in the spacious great room.

Modern appliances such as a Sub-Zero refrigerator, a double oven, a large island, and an adjacent breakfast nook can all be found in the kitchen.

There is a full-height storage rack for wine enthusiasts.

But the celebration doesn’t end in the living room.

The bed in the main bedroom faces a wall of full-size windows that provide breathtaking city views.

Actor Denzel Washingtоn and Candy Spelling, whose two-story penthouse is located just above Rihanna’s on the 41st and 42nd levels, will be among the new tenant’s affluent neighbors.

A PLACE TO GROW?

Although Rihanna has not disclosed her reasons for selling the enchanted house, many admirers speculate that she may be searching for a larger residence to accommodate her expanding brood.

Following some of her recent sightings, fans of the Grammy winner are wondering if she and her boyfriend, A$AP Rocky, are expecting a child together.

Riоt and RZA, the couple’s two children born in 2022 and 2023, are already shared by Rihanna and A$AP.

The singer traveled to India this week to perform at a wedding, but talk soon turned to her body.

The pop diva was dressed in a floor-length, brilliant green lace dress with long sleeves and a side split.

Her skin-tight outfit flaunted her form, and she had no shoes on.

Fans believed she was expecting her third child when a video of the show was uploaded online.

One person remarked, “I know I’m seeing things wrong. Enjoy the music that is available on iTunes, we never receive any. Trying to build a village, Rocky.”

“I don’t even wanna know how rich you gotta be to book Rihanna and her unborn child bro,” stated an additional letter.
