Michael Jackson’s grandson transformed into him, his appearance is almost identical

Jaafar Jackson, the nephew of Michael Jackson, is preparing to play the King of Pop in the upcoming biopic about the musician. It’s no sеcrеt that he looks just like his late uncle.

On location in the Encino neighbourhood of Los Angeles on Thursday, Jaafar was fully clothed in his makeup, hair, and costume for “Michael,” the first official movie to explore the life of Michael Jackson on a large screen.

Jermaine Jackson’s son, JJ, shares a striking resemblance to his well-known relative in this photo.

The impending biopic’s studio, Lionsgate, released the first image of Jackson as Michael earlier this week. It was a picture that looked like it was from the 1992–1993 Dangerous Tour. Jaafar was clearly channelling Michael Jackson in that promotional image as well, appearing to be a near replica of the performer.

Now that we have a somewhat different perspective of Jaafar as Michael, we can actually see how he appears. He is dressed a little more formally, wearing a white button-down shirt and a tie.

On Thursday, Nia Long joined Jaafar on site; as you may recall, she plays Katherine Jackson, Michael’s mother. She has likewise completely changed and is hardly recognisable.

Similar to Jaafar, Nia is a mirror image of her character; this isn’t all that different from what we witnessed the previous week when she, Colman Domingo (as Joe Jackson), and other actors played the younger Jackson 5. They were all gorgeous and completely committed to their parts.

Of course, Jaafar is the star; judging by the way he seems, he has transformed into Michael Jackson.
