Not everyone can enjoy the view from Rihanna’s 40th-floor apartment, which is The Century’s biggest

Rihanna owns the Century’s biggest home, which takes up the whole 40th floor and has a view that not many people can get.

Rihanna has lived in The Century, one of Los Angeles’s most expensive and famous apartment buildings, since 2014. But her three-bedroom, 3,500-square-foot home feels a bit crowded with a new baby, a second child on the way, workers, and her constant group of friends and family.

To fix this problem, the Barbadian celebrity spent $21 million to buy an apartment that takes up the whole 40th floor of The Century. The spread has more than 9,000 square feet of living room, a lot of unique features, and views that will take your breath away.

Nick Molnar, a wealthy co-founder of the tech company Afterpay, sold the apartment for $28 million less than what he had asked for it. But Rihanna was able to get a big discount. She probably used L.A.’s house tax as pressure, since the deal was settled on March 31, just one day before the new tax started. If the deal had gone through in April, Molnar would have had to pay an extra $1.1 million in taxes.

As soon as people step off the private elevator landing into the condo’s main hall, they are аmаzed by the living room’s curved wall of floor-to-ceiling windows that offer views of the city skyline. Light brown wooden floors lead from the dining room to the white kitchen with two counters, marble countertops, and high-end tools.

A private movie theater with plush seats is also on the property, as well as a master suite with two bathrooms, a lounge, and a bedroom that is bent. The four outdoor patios of the condo are probably its best features. They face north, south, east, and west and offer views of the Pacific Ocean, Catalina Island, Downtown Los Angeles buildings, the San Gabriel Mountains, and even Mount Baldy when it’s snowy.
