Black billionaire Strive Masiyiwa gifted one of two apartments at the top of Eldorado 29 Tower in New York worth $48M to his daughter

For $24.5 million, Strive Masiyiwa, a Zimbabwean telecom entrepreneur, purchased two penthouse residences at the Eldorado skyscraper. According to The Real Deal, the adjacent homes in the 29-story rise 300 Central Park had five bedrooms on the top two floors. It was sold by John and Valerie Rowe.

Strive Masiyiwa, 56, is the founder of Econet Wireless Group, a Pan-African telecommunications company that has investments in telecom firms in New Zealand and the US and operates profitably in Zimbabwe, Botswana, Lesotho, and Burundi. Sure Kamhunga, a spokesman for Masiyiwa, was not available for comment.
