Lil Wayne announced for Charleston performance in March

There will be a show at the Charleston Coliseum and Convention Center on Thursday, March 28 by Dwayne Michael Carter Jr., who is from New Orleans. Hip-hop artists Cordae and Kash the King will be on the show with Wayne.

107.3 Wооdy Woods of The Beаt said that several months of work went into trying to get Lil Wayne to come to Charleston.

“The Lil Wayne and Young Money camp have been talking to us for about six or seven months to try and get the right date and make sure we promote it with enough time,” Woods said after the news came out on Tuesday.

“Most likely, you won’t get a ticket if you don’t buy one on Friday,” Woods said. “I believe it will sell up to 7,000 tickets on Friday morning in an hour.”
