The hitmaker went out on the town not long ago and threw it back to 2021 with their joint single “Seeing Green.” In a new video, the singer can be seen leaning into every bar of his line on the song.

People on social media are remembering good times with the movie and gushing over their love for the Young Money stars in the comments. “One of the best Posse tracks we’ve heard in Hip Hop in a long time,” a fan says. Yet another person says, “Really Nicki and Wayne’s hardest verse!!” “This verse top tier,” says someone else.

All three artists have since worked together on many other projects. Lil Wayne’s project with 2 Chainz, Welcome 2 Collegrove, is set to come out in November. He didn’t forget about his background though while he was pushing the record. Last month, he and 2 Chainz talked about who they thought would be the GOAT Young Money singer on Complex’s GOAT Talk TV show. Without a doubt, both of them agreed that Nicki Minaj is the best.

Lil Wayne admires Nicki and himself a great deal. He even told Bleacher Report’s Taylor Rooks last month that he sees himself as the LeBron James of hip hop. The fact that they both started as kids is one of many things he says they have in common. “I think of myself as being like LeBron,” he said. “I released my first album by myself when I was 14 years old.
